Payment Options & Terms of Use

I prefer Pay Pal for all my hosting and design payments, but you can also send me a money order. Money orders must be received before any work is completed. Also, all e-checks via Pay Pal must be cleared before any work will be done. All work must be 100% paid for before c-panel information will be mailed to you. If you are having design work then all work must be completed and paid in full before c-panel information will be mailed to you.

All payments are non-refundable. If you pay for 6 months or a year in advance and simply choose to switch to a new host, then I'm sorry...payments are not refundable. I will grant a 7 day money back guarantee, from your INITIAL 7 days of service, to anyone who finds that the service is not up to par, but that is the only refund that will be acceptable. Payments are due on the 15th of every month for the next month.

Invoices are sent out via the billing system around the end of the month we're in, and are due by the 1st of the next month (there are 30 days to pay your invoice in) If your payment is NOT made by they 1st of the month there is a 5 day grace period...on the 6th your account will be suspended.

Accounts that are paid by e-check before the due date and do not clear by the 5th will be suspended until payment is cleared. Accounts suspended due to non-payment on the 5th will incur a $5.00 charge for each 7 days that the account is not paid. If payment is not made by the 3rd week, it will be terminated.
